Provider and scope
These terms apply to Invictus Mind and its optional Invictus Plus service, provided by Piotr Mateusz Dros trading as Invictus Studio / Invictus PDM, United Kingdom. Contact: contact@invictuspdm.uk. They do not replace applicable Google Play terms or your mandatory consumer rights.
Free and Plus features
The existing free modules remain available without a subscription. Invictus Plus is an optional paid extension with features described in the app. Creating an account or viewing a Plus reminder does not start a subscription or charge you. A purchase requires confirmation through Google Play. The Basic version is supported by full-screen advertisements at natural content breaks, subject to the advertising privacy choices described in the Privacy Policy. Verified active Plus access and confirmed eligible previous lifetime purchases remove these advertisements. An advertisement does not start a purchase.
Price, renewal and trial
Plus is offered as an automatically renewing monthly Google Play subscription. The current UK plan is GBP 4.99 per month, with a 3-day free trial only where Google Play offers it to an eligible account. Prices and available offers may vary by country. Review the local price, billing period, trial eligibility and duration, taxes and renewal details on the Google Play purchase screen before confirming. After an eligible trial, the displayed recurring price is charged unless you cancel before the trial ends. The subscription then renews automatically unless cancelled. A trial is not guaranteed to every account.
Cancellation and refunds
Manage or cancel through Google Play subscriptions. Uninstalling the app, signing out or requesting account deletion does not cancel billing. Cancellation normally stops future renewals while access continues until the verified paid period ends; refunds or revocation may end access earlier. Refund requests are handled under applicable Google Play rules and consumer law. Contact us for help. Nothing here removes statutory cancellation, refund or other consumer remedies.
Account and purchase ownership
Use an email you control and verify it before using subscription services. Keep your credentials private. A subscription is linked to the verified Plus account used for purchase and cannot be transferred by signing into another Plus account. Use the same Plus account and the relevant Google Play account when restoring purchases. Contact support if you lose access rather than purchasing again unnecessarily.
Verification and availability
Plus requires internet access to sign in and verify app integrity and your subscription. This version does not offer guaranteed offline Plus access. Access must be verified again after restarting or returning to the app and is rechecked while in use. A network or verification failure may temporarily prevent access even if you have paid; it does not itself cancel billing. Access may also be unavailable while payment is pending, a subscription is on hold or entitlement has expired. A valid grace period or paid remainder after cancellation is honoured when confirmed by Google Play. Local records are not erased simply because Plus access ends. Free modules remain available.
Your records
You control your local entries and should protect your device and any exports. Signing into Plus is not a backup service. Reinstalling, clearing storage or losing the device can remove local records. Local records belong to the app installation rather than separate Plus accounts; consider this before sharing your phone.
Languages and content
The interface supports English, Polish and Spanish. Some books, tasks, guided programmes and legal documents remain in English. Changing the interface language does not translate your own entries or change your subscription price, purchase terms or stored progress.
Wellbeing and exercise
The app offers general organisation, reflection and activity tools, not medical diagnosis, treatment or emergency support. Stress ratings are self-reported; avatars are decorative and step counts are estimates. Adapt activities to your abilities and any professional advice. Stop if you experience pain or discomfort. No particular health, fitness or personal outcome is guaranteed.
Fair use and changes
Do not misuse accounts, bypass purchase verification, attack the service or infringe others' rights. We may limit access to address misuse or security problems. We may maintain and improve the service and will communicate material changes affecting a paid service as required. These terms do not authorise us to remove rights that the law gives you.
Ending the account and resolving problems
You can request account and associated server-data deletion from Plus account or by email. Cancel recurring billing separately in Google Play. Necessary legal or fraud-prevention records may be retained for a justified period, as explained in the Privacy Policy. Contact us first if something is wrong. No exclusion here applies to liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including fraud or death or personal injury caused by negligence.
