Each package includes one consolidated revision round. Prices are total service fees for the stated scope; any applicable VAT is identified within the agreed total. Domain, hosting, paid services and printing are separate and approved before purchase. 50% advance payment after signing; balance after written acceptance and before launch or final file release. No required maintenance subscription.
Custom booking systems, payments, customer accounts, forms and new functionality are outside these packages. Additional work is quoted separately, or charged at £35 per hour only with prior approval and an agreed limit. Other services listed above are quoted individually. No guaranteed sales or search rankings.

Updated 30 October 2026. Journal, planner and wellbeing records stay on your device. Optional Plus accounts and purchases use Firebase and Google Play for identity and entitlement checks. Optional Health Connect values are displayed temporarily and are not used for advertising.
The Basic version now supports Google AdMob full-screen advertisements at natural content breaks. Active verified Plus access and confirmed eligible previous lifetime purchases remove these advertisements. The advertising SDK processes technical identifiers, IP-derived approximate location, interactions and diagnostics; this version requests non-personalised advertisements and uses Google UMP privacy choices. Journal, Health Connect, weight, stress and other personal activity records are never passed to AdMob for targeting.

By downloading, accessing, or using Invictus Mind, the user agrees to use the app lawfully and responsibly. The app is designed as a discipline and self-management product, not as medical treatment, therapy, or emergency support.
Users must not reverse engineer, tamper with, abuse, bypass purchase logic, introduce malicious code, or interfere with the app’s integrity or availability. Paid or premium access, where applicable, is subject to store and platform behaviour outside the operator’s full control.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Invictus Mind is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, perfect compatibility, or error-free behaviour on every device. The user remains responsible for device security, backups, and the consequences of local data loss after uninstall, reset, or wipe.
Andromeda is a reading and audio product focused on ebooks, audiobooks, and calmer digital content consumption. Depending on implementation, the app may store reading progress, downloaded content state, user preferences, playback state, or related local settings on the device.
We do not intentionally collect more personal data than is necessary for content delivery, reading progress, technical support, diagnostics, and lawful app operation. We do not intentionally sell personal data. Where third-party services or hosting are used for content delivery, platform-level technical data may be processed as required to provide the service.
Data may be used to deliver digital reading and audio features, maintain progress and settings, improve reliability, handle support issues, and comply with legal obligations. Users may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, or portability where applicable by law.

By using Andromeda, the user agrees to use the product lawfully and only as permitted. Users must not unlawfully copy, redistribute, tamper with, reverse engineer, or misuse digital content, app systems, or related services.
Features, content availability, downloads, playback systems, and reading functionality may change over time. The app may depend on device compatibility, storage, internet access for selected content, and third-party delivery systems.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Andromeda is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, permanent content availability in all circumstances, or perfect performance on every device and connection setup.
Personal albums and media stay on the device; manual backups and exports are copies you control. Firebase Authentication handles sign-in, Firestore stores account-linked and Family metadata, and Cloudflare Workers hosts the metadata and billing API. A Family planet supports up to six accounts. Google Play processes subscription payments. Shared friend codes exclude account email and media; recipients can retain or forward copies.
Supported Free builds may show Google AdMob banner ads after the advertising SDK privacy checks. Plus and Family, including active test access, are ad-free. Google may process network/device identifiers, approximate location derived from IP, ad/app interactions and diagnostics for advertising, measurement and fraud prevention. Warp does not attach private memories, media, contacts or precise location to ad requests. Advertising privacy choices are available in app Settings where required.

Available Plus and Family subscriptions renew through Google Play at the price and interval shown before purchase. Cancel in Google Play and restore using the purchasing Google account and the same Warp account. Features marked in development are not available purchase benefits. Account deletion removes the sign-in account, linked local records, Family membership and authored shared memories; deleting an owner also removes the owned Family planet. Minimal ownership/deletion records containing the Firebase UID, purchase-token hash, markers and dates remain. These are personal data, not anonymous records, and currently have no automatic expiry. Retention criteria and the request route are explained on the Warp deletion page.
Deleting an account or uninstalling Warp does not cancel Google Play billing. Manual backups, Android backups, older ownerless local archives and copies received by others require separate action; an email request cannot remotely erase those copies.
Gameplay progress stays on the device. Optional cosmetic purchases use Google Play, and optional reward ads use Google AdMob. The game does not require its own account.
